Dreamer

Am I a Dreamer?
Individuals, groups and organizations often experience change as a crucial  tournament. Face to the uncertainties of an unpredictable future, we often feel  as if we were lost in a “no man’s land”, with no clue about what to do or how to sort out with a solution.

Changing our gaze upon reality requires opening our eyes to the sharing of common visions and dreams. Today, however, we have many contents but few containers, few spaces where you can feel the necessary trust to freely exchange, express, connect deepest emotions, moods and thoughts with other persons, without fear.

We will work together in multicultural groups applying the techniques of Social Dreaming and Listening Post, developed by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London, in order to:

    • explore in group the imaginative potential of dreams, metaphors, stories
    • give space to differences and connections among the group members
    • develop new common meanings in order to bring to life different visions
